This video report is an interview with Pauline Vanroy, the manager of a bulk-food shop, L’Epicerie du Nord, in Liège. She explains why she opened a shop of this type, the philosophy of her business and how the idea of bulk food has progressed among the inhabitants of Liège. The interview was conducted by the Research Department of the Museum of Walloon Life as part of its temporary exhibition ‘Ordures. L’expo qui fait le tri’.
